Collective Agreement New Zealand
Collective bargaining can take place at any level of the labour market, including at national level and at the level of industry, employers, certain enterprises and certain enterprises. A collective agreement may by law employ only two workers. Employment contracts contain more information about the different employment contracts. The expiry of a collective agreement does not necessarily mean the termination of the contract. Strikes and lockouts are illegal for the duration of a collective agreement (except in certain circumstances, for example. B where the strike or lockout relates to health or safety or takes place within the last weeks of the duration of a support document for new collective bargaining). A global employment contract expires, with a few exceptions, on the indicated expiry date or 3 years after its entry into force.
